This page explains what the beauty-sync.it website stores on your device and which external services it contacts when you visit it. It covers the website only: for how BeautySync handles the personal data of salons and their customers, and for the identity of the data controller, see the Privacy Policy.

- The website only uses technical tools that it needs in order to work.
- Some external services (fonts, icons, maps) receive your IP address when the page loads, but they do not set cookies.
1. What we store on your device
All of these are technical tools: they are needed to make the site work or to protect it. The site sets no other cookies of its own.

The site is protected and delivered through Cloudflare, which sees the requests sent to the site in order to provide that protection (including the anti-bot check above). Cloudflare's privacy policy.
2. External services that receive your IP address
To display fonts, icons, the calendar and maps, your browser downloads some files directly from third-party servers. To do so, these services necessarily receive your IP address and the standard technical details of each request (browser, language, referring page). None of them sets cookies through this site.

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and the app stores also appear as plain links: they load nothing until you click them, and from that moment the rules of the site you open apply.
Requests to our platform (app.beauty-sync.it), for example to search for salons or to book, are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Your choices
On your first visit the banner asks you to choose “Accept” or “Reject”. You can reopen it at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.
The tools listed are technical and the external services are used to display the page: your choice is saved, but it does not prevent fonts, icons and maps from loading, and the site would not display correctly without them.
From your browser settings you can clear or block cookies and site data at any time. The site will keep working, but you will need to sign in again and the banner will be shown again. If you block the external services listed above, fonts and maps may not appear.
4. Updates and contact
We update this page when something changes, for example if we replace an external service: the date at the top always shows the latest update.
