Q: How much does it cost, and is there a free trial?

Yes: you can try BeautySync Admin free for 30 days, no credit card and no commitment. Two plans are available, Base and Premium, described in the Pricing section of this page.

Q: What's the difference between BeautySync Admin and the customer app?

Admin is the salon's tool: agenda, staff, services and booking statuses. The customer app is for finding the salon, booking and managing appointments. The two sides work on the same data, in real time.

Q: Do my customers need to create an account to book?

Yes: an account is required to book. Fewer no-shows, more reliable customers, and they can still find their appointment history on their own.

Q: How do new customers find my salon?

By searching by postcode or city, or with geolocation: the app shows salons within 30 kilometers, sorted by distance, with rating and photos.

Q: Does the appointment go into the customer's calendar?

Yes. From every booking the customer can add the event to Google Calendar or download the .ics file for Apple Calendar and Outlook, with service, time, salon and address already filled in.

Q: I have multiple locations: can I manage them all?

Each salon has its own page, its own staff and its own direct link. Customers switch from one location to another with the Change salon option, staying in the same app.

Q: What happens after the 30-day trial?

At the end of the 30 days we ask you to choose a plan, Base or Premium, to keep using BeautySync Admin without interruption.

Q: What happens if I go over the 2 team members of the Base plan?

We notify you and you can switch to Premium at any time, without losing data or settings.

Q: Can I change plan at any time?

Yes, you can move from Base to Premium at any time, while from Premium to Base you can do so within 14 days of purchase, otherwise it applies from the following year.

Q: Do I need a credit card for the free trial?

No: you don't need a credit card to activate the 30-day free trial.
